For One CSL Credit- Pending Approval
It is imperative for your company to know how cash flows in and out of your business. You need to make payroll and pay your vendors even though it may take months to receive payment from your clients. Preparing a cash budget will help you track your company’s cash flow on a monthly basis. Once you have carefully mapped out a cash budget, you will be able to compare it to the actual cash inflows and outflows of your business. This comparison will help you project future cash needs and alert you to any cash shortages heading your way.
