UPDATE 2/26/2021 from Chuck Hodkinson, Chilmark Selectman:

Changes to the ZBA as Chuck Hodkinson transitions away from duties:

Alison Kisselgof (akisselgof@chilmarkma.gov) will take over Chuck's ZBA, Site Review Committee and Historical Commission duties.

Kara Shemeth (kshemeth@chilmarkma.gov) will take over Chuck's ConCom and Community Preservation Committee.

More lead time is required to process applications than normal during this transition.

When Chilmark returns to regular meetings in town hall, Lenny Jason's signature is still required on all ZBA applications before is can be processed. Also, please prepare the written narrative for ZBA and ConCom that explains how each project meets the criteria of each bylaw and regulation, and how the resources will be protected for ConCom applications etc. In the long run this will save you time and help you prepare for the boards.

ZBA: The application window for the March 25 ZBA meeting has closed. The next meeting is April 22 and the absolute final deadline for receiving all application materials including signatures and narratives is March 18.
